The Aloft Jacksonville Airport hotel has changed hands in an $8.8 million deal to Atlanta-based hotel company Peachtree Hotel Group. The 130 room hotel located at 751 Skymarks Drive traded for just over $67,692 per room key. The 66,400 square foot property was built in 2009 by the seller Texas-based Summit Hotel Properties.
