The Socialists’ Party of Catalonia, (PSC) sold its historic headquarters on Calle Nicaragua in Barcelona for €10m. PSC said it considered three other offers before closing the deal. The name of the buyer was not disclosed. PSC occupied the property for more than 40 years but decided to sell the building in an effort to pay off some of its €12m debt, according to news reports. The building offers more than 4,700 sqm on six floors as well as a 400 sqm parking lot.
