Colliers International has been tapped to lease the Florham Park Corporate Center by the building’s owners, a joint venture of Bergman Real Estate Group and Rialto Capital. The 230,000 sqf, two-building, Class A office property is located at 25 A&B Vreeland Road, in Florham Park. The twin, 115,000-square-foot buildings have recently undergone a renovation to the its three-story atrium lobbies, upgraded building common areas, and a new state-of-the-art conference and training center. Tenant amenities also include a full-service café, shared employee lounge, landscaped central courtyard and on-site management. “Florham Park Corporate Center offers prospective tenants exceptional value and has attracted companies that want to be located in a well-maintained property that has easy access to major road networks,” said David A.
