The municipality of Blagoevgrad, in southwestern Bulgaria, is planning to build 202 apartments for socially vulnerable families. The apartments will go up in three buildings.
The project will be funded under the EU’s Regions in Growth 2014-2020 program. Costs are estimated at €4.85m. Construction must be completed in 24 months.
