Vastint Romania has started construction on Business Garden Bucharest. The scheme will offer 41,000 sqm of class A office space and ground-floor retail in three buildings. PORR Construct is the general contractor. Completion is set for the second half of 2018. Business Garden Bucharest was designed by West Group Architecture. The project was recently awarded a pre-certification LEED Platinum rating.
āWe are very happy that Vastint Romania operations are taking off with 70,000 sqm of central, high-quality office space under construction in two major projects at the same time,ā said Antoniu Panait, managing director of Vastint Romania. The company also broke ground on the first two office buildings in its Timpuri Noi Square project.
