Deutsche Bank finances construction of Nolita condominium

A partnership of DHA Capital, AMS Acquisitions and First Atlantic Capital has scored a $100.5 million construction loan for 75 Kenmare Street, a new condominium project in Nolita. The 35-unit mixed use condominium project features 8,000 sqf of retail and is designed by Andre Kikoski Architect while musician Lenny Kravitz is handling interiors. The trio is seeking a total sell out of $127 million, with unit prices ranging from $1.2 million to $12 million. DHA bought the site in 2015 for approximately $50 million. Financing for the scheme was provided by Deutsche Bank.
