A four-star Mercure Bydgoszcz Sepia hotel has been put on the market. The seller, the company Cubec opened the renovated historic scheme in 2014 and has now selected Cushman & Wakefield to secure the buyer. Located in the city center of Bydgoszcz, the 2,700 sqm hotel offers 90 room, three restaurants, conference space, a fitness center and 45 parking spots. The hotel can also be expanded, as there is the potential to add around 30 additional rooms to the building and another 480 sqm of conference space.
