Eiffage Immobilier Polska and Avestus Real Estate got the green light from Polandās antitrust regulator to form Quadrat PostÄpu, a vehicle the two companies will use to to develop their first joint office investment in Poland. As reported in CIJ last year, Avestus will be working with the owner of the site at MokotĆ³w district, to develop the 21,000 sqm office project. Called the CUBE, the project also envisions a 6,000 sqm hotel project adjacent to it. Mariusz FrÄ ckiewicz, head of Avestus in Poland told CIJ construction is to kick off this year. Avestus is also looking for opportunities in other Polish secondary cities such as WrocÅaw and ÅĆ³dÅŗ, but refused to provide any further details at this stage.
