Sareb, Spainās so-called ābad bank,ā is selling 564 new residential developments across the country. The assets, located mainly in Valencia, Andalusia and Catalonia, represent most of the Sarebās Spanish portfolio. The bank is planning to release 140 property developments pending termination, including 5,000 residential units. Sareb has also reactivated 68 developments started between 2013 and 2015 and plans to complete 20 projects, where work had been suspended, before the end of this year.
