The construction company Mota-Engil recently secured two important orders. The first was in Poland for €61.2m for the construction of a 13.2 km section of highway. “The new road will be built using concrete technology and will cross the existing No. 17 road, ” said Antonio Mota, leader of the group. The period of completion is 34 months. The second order won by the Portuguese contractor comes from Peru and is worth €145m. The company has been hired to build a shipyard for the country’s navy and industrial refining units.
