Tourist trips taken by Bulgarian residents in the first quarter of 2016 fell 4.8 percent y-o-y, according to data released by the National Statistics Office.
A total of 550,200 Bulgarians went on vacation in the first three months of the year, with 83.5 percent staying within the country and just 14 percent traveling abroad.
