The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Sunny Isles Beach will break ground in June. The 212-unit, 52-floor project located at 15701 Collins Ave., is scheduled for completion in 2018. According to the joint development team of Miami-based Fortune International Group and the Château Group, more than 65 percent of the units in the tower are under contract. The top two floor penthouses in the 652 foot tower have also been sold for 16.5 million and $21 million. “Selling the top two, full-floor penthouses before construction has even commenced is quite an achievement,” said Edgardo Defortuna, CEO of Fortune International Group.
