BBI Development has identified a buyer for its Centrum MarszaĆkowska office development. BBI revealed that an agreement was reached this week with an undisclosed fund manager that has a solid track record on the Polish market. Under the agreement, the transaction will be finalized once the occupancy permit is issued for Warsawâs MarszaĆkowska offices. The final price has not yet been established, BBI said, as no tenants have been signed yet. The developer selected CBRE to handle the leasing process for the property earlier this month. Work on the scheme kicked off in March.
