A joint venture between Giles Capital Group, Rosemurgy Properties and FSG Holdings has secured a $41 million construction loan for a multi-family development in Davie, FL called Parc3400. Construction has already begun on the 259-unit Class A community slated for completion in the summer of 2017. Community amenities will include a resort-style swimming pool, pavilion and clubhouse. The property is situated near the southwest intersection of I-595 and the Florida Turnpike at 3400 Davie Road, near Nova Southeastern University, approximately 25 miles north of Miami. Funding was sourced by HFF’s debt placement team from Mutual of Omaha Bank. Park Partners Residential will manage and lease the property once construction is completed.
