Karimpol secured BlueSoft as a tenant for its Equator II office project in Warsaw. The IT company took 1,600 sqm of space in the building and will occupy the building’s entire 9th floor. The transaction has pushed the occupancy in the building to 95 percent. Located at Al. Jerozolimskie street in Warsaw’s CDB, Equator II offers 21,300 sqm of lettable space, including 400 sqm of retail and 1,500 sqm of service space. In the transaction, Colliers International represented the landlord, while Wood Lark Group acted on behalf the tenant.
