JLL has appointed Tibor Ovečka as its new head of office agency. Ovečka joins JLL following more than 20 years of experience. He’s focused primarily on the Czech office market, having provided consultancy on the development concepts and leasing strategies. He has worked in senior positions in development companies (such as Hochtief Development Czech Republic and Immorent Czech Republic) and real estate consultancies (EHL Real Estate Czech Republic, Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ). He also has experience on a regional level having served as real estate director across seven CEE property markets at OKIN Group.
