Bonjour Capital is set to close this week on the Hamilton, a 265 unit Upper East Side rental, for $150 million. The 37 story, 280,000 sqf building is located at 1735 York Avenue and traded for $566,038 per unit. Bonjour plans to carry out a $20 million renovation of the property once the deal is closed and will rename the building the Serrano. The seller, Glenwood Management, is one of the largest rental landlords in the city, with 33 buildings and a total of 8,799 units.
