Daimler AG plans to build a new urban office complex in Stuttgart-Vaihingen on a 41,000 sqm plot of land. In all, the plan envisions the construction of 90,000 sqm of office space where the investor expects up to 4,000 people to work. Construction work on the project is expected to start at the end of 2016, with the completion scheduled for 2019. The area offers strong public transport connections and was designed by the architectural office Ortner & Ortner.
