BBI Development has selected CBRE as its exclusive agent for the leasing of Centrum MarszaĆkowska, its flagship Warsawâs office development. Located in the center of Warsaw on MarszaĆkowska street, the project will offer 16,500 sqm of space, including 6,500 sqm of retail. The 11-storey building will have direct metro access. The project has already been granted a BREEAM certificate.
