Jiří Fousek has been appointed general director of Obermeyer Helika, which is a member of the Obermeyer group. Fousek will oversee the company’s architecture, design and construction consultancy operations and will be responsible for strengthening Obermeyer Helika’s position in the Czech and Slovak markets. He will also focus on expanding cooperation with key partners and clients along with cross-border expansion. Fousek has 20 years of experience in property and development and joins Obermeyer Helika from Cushman & Wakefield, where he led the investment team. Previously, he was development director for IVG Immobilien, and held managerial positions at Porr, Hochtief Development and Viterra Development.
