Allianz Real Estate has let 4,800 sqm of office space in Hamburg’s Sprinkenhof to Sprinkenhof GmbH. The building forms part of a world heritage site located in Hamburg’s Speicherstadt (warehouse district) and Kontorhausviertel (business district). Sprinkenhof GmbH is the partner of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg for all commercial real estate activities. The property will be let as of November 1, 2016, meaning the company will be going back to its roots. Allianz Real Estate will begin to convert the floor space, preparing it for the future tenants, beginning in August.
