Investment Corporation of Dubai bought the majority stake in Porto Montenegro in Tivat, a coastal town in southwest Montenegro, from Canadian businessman Peter Munk. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Munk owned 52 percent of the property.
The co-owners include Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska, Lord Jacob Rothschild, and Bernard Arnault, chairman and CEO of the French luxury group LVMH.
