Hollister Construction Services has broken ground on a new medical office building for Care Station Medical Group in West Orange, NJ. The new 9,000 sqf, two-story facility is located next to the group’s current site at 456 Prospect Ave. Care Station will occupy the entire first floor with multiple exam and x-ray rooms, staff areas, reception lobby and waiting area. The building’s second floor will be unoccupied and available for lease. Hoffman Architects provided architectural services while engineering services were provided by Linwood Engineering Associates, Dynamic Engineering and Titan Engineers.
“We understand that healthcare facilities have unique operational requirements, and our goal is to deliver a superior quality facility that meets the needs of the owners, staff and patients. Our previous projects have given us the knowledge base necessary to deliver reliable and consistent results,” said Tony Bienert, project executive with Hollister Construction Services.
