The Reico managed property fund of Česká spořitelna has added Rohan Business Center to its portfolio, bringing its total number of assets to 10 and its value to CZK 7bn. Reico paid Karimpol Group CZK 681.4m (€25.2m) for the property. Rohan Business Center offers 9,700 sqm of office space across eight levels, with 100 parking spots on two underground levels. The office space in the building, completed in 2012, is fully-leased. Designed by Architekti Hrůša & Spol, Ateliér Brno, the building has a ‘Very Good’ BREEAM certificate.
