Shell construction contractor ODC Construction has promoted Zac Merriman to the position of chief financial officer. Merriman, who has been an equity partner with ODC since it was founded in 2011, will oversee the company’s financial operations, including financial reporting and forecasting, capital allocation, cash flow management and purchasing. Prior to joining ODC, the Harvard graduate worked as an investment analyst for Capital Research Global Investors. With divisions in Orlando and Tampa, the company, specializes in turnkey shell services for single-family and multifamily homes.
