Segro has acquired the Coslada II Logistics Centre in Coslada, near Madrid, from transportation services supplier Royal Premier. The contractual parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The buyer was advised by Proequity, while CBRE advised the seller. Located on on Avenida de la Cañada, the property is one of the most flexible logistics parks in the area, offering 16,202 sqm.
