SunTrust has provided a $39 million loan to Orlando Senior Health Network for the expansion and renovation of its senior living apartments Orlando Lutheran Towers. Located in downtown Orlando at 300 E. Church St., the new project will include 33 new skilled-nursing beds and renovations to upgrade existing facilities. Construction is expected to kick off this summer with a completion date set for 2018.
Orlando Lutheran Towers currently has units for independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing residents. “We are committed to improving the quality of life for seniors across Central Florida, and we are pleased to partner with SunTrust to offer more resources to our community,” said George Kimbro, chief financial officer, Orlando Senior Health Network, in a prepared statement.
