Bilfinger Real Estate has concluded nearly 3,700 sqm of new rental contracts at Panorama 21 and Horizont III, two prominent commercial buildings in Stuttgart. Bilfinger Real Estate secured two new tenants for the hotel and office building Panorama 21, located on Heilbronner Straße 86 near the Europaviertel area of Stuttgart. The two new tenants are the construction company BAM Deutschland AG, which moved into an 860 sqm office area, and the distance learning university AKAD University, which has rented an area of around 2,100 sqm.
In the Vaihingen district in southern Stuttgart, Bilfinger Real Estate has leased the Horizont III office building at Industriestraße 48 to a communications service provider. The property is owned by an institutional investor. Bilfinger Real Estate manages the tenants as well as operational compliance issues at Horizont III in cooperation with its sister company, Bilfinger HSG.
