The developer Ges Real has put up the Crystal office building in Prague Vinohrady up for sale. The glass-enclosed tower, designed by architects Atelier 15, is expected to bring in approximately CZK 1bn. The 14,000 sqm office building was completed a year ago and is currently 80 percent leased. The health insurance giants Všeobecná zdravotní pojišťovna and Zdravotní pojišťovna ministerstva vnitra are the main tenants. Crystal cost the developer CZK 800m to build.
