KPMG: Value of Poland’s luxury hotel sector to hit €1.6bn in 2017

The value of Poland’s luxury hotel and spa sector is expected to grow by 25 percent to €1.6bn by 2017, according to a new survey by KPMG. Poland’s luxury hotel market is currently being currently driven by new developments, with the biggest portion of new supply coming on-line in the Warsaw region. The modernization of Hotel Europejski in Warsaw is one of the biggest projects currently underway, with the the 101-room hotel expected to be delivered next year after an investment of €70m.
