Cording Real Estate Group has taken over the asset management of Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate´s (Warburg-HIH) property portfolio in the Benelux countries. The portfolio includes five office properties in prime locations in Amsterdam that have an estimated €300m valuation. Warburg-HIH acquired the properties on behalf of German institutional investors. Cording will also be consulting Warburg-HIH on an €150m worth of office transactions in the Benelux countries, focusing on multi-tenant, core properties in the CBDs of larger cities. The total investment volume envisaged for individual properties is between €20m and €100m.
