YIT has moved to the third stage of its residential project Tammi in Dúbravka in Bratislava. The Finnish developer is preparing to build another 89 flats. Originally, YIT has only planned to build 315 units at Tammi but the final count is now expected to be 500, when the project is completed.
The flats in the third phase range between 20 and 135 sqm and are on offer at prices of up to €2,000 per sqm. Half of the units have been sold already. This phase is scheduled for completion in early 2018 and is getting underway even as work on the second phase of construction wraps up this year. YIT bought the 2ha plot for the project from Iuris, which planned to build 1,000 flats on the site.
