Helaba-Tochter OFB Projektentwicklung GmbH is set to build Kornmarkt Arkaden, a mixed-use commercial building complex near the landmark St. Paul’s church in Frankfurt. The project will be erected on the site of the former Federal Court. With three separate buildings, each separately designed using a combination of traditional and modern styles, Kornmarkt Arkaden will offer a hotel, office and residential space. In all, it will provide 8,900 sqm of office space and 1,900 sqm of residential space with 950 sqm for retail and restaurants.
