Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford office has completed a 61,642 sqf, 13 year office lease on behalf of the law firm of Norris McLaughlin & Marcus in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Located at 400 Crossing Boulevard in Central New Jerseyās Somerset County, the eight story, 300,000 sqf office building was constructed in 2002. The building offers a full-service cafeteria, a workout facility, conference center, and covered parking. The property, owned by Piedmont Office Realty Trust, was represented in the transaction by Bill McCaffrey of Avison Young.
