Baywood Hotels has opened a new a hotel in the Brickell financial district of Miami. The new property, Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Downtown/Brickell, will offer 102 suites which will be made up of studios and one bedroom suites. Located at 1750 Southwest 1st Avenue, the hotel is within walking distance of the Brickell Financial District, the historic Vizcaya Museum & Gardens and the Miami Seaquarium. The new hotel offers fully equipped kitchens, separate living and sleeping areas and a grocery shopping service.
