Cresco has revealed its plans for Mlynská bašta, the residential project it’s developing in the center of the Slovak city of Košice. Located at the corner of Továrenska and Štefánikova streets, the project will offer 134 apartments that Cresco plans to begin selling in the first half of this year. Prices have not yet been announced. Cresco’s marketing manager Saša Poliakova told Trend.sk that the developer wants to start the 24 month construction period this fall. The project will feature two new residential buildings and the reconstruction of a historical monument. Cresco took Mlynská bašta over from Eastfield, a Russian investor, which had planned before the economic crisis to build a mixed-use complex on the site.
