The local developer Golub GetHouse is looking to enter Poland’s built-to-let and student housing sectors. Company representatives told the daily Puls Biznesu that they’re currently preparing a second investment fund for the purpose that would include backing from institutional investors. The company expects to close land acquisitions for the projects in the next three to six months. Golub is currently building its lates office tower in the city Center of Warsaw called Legacy tower.
