In February, 410 final building permits were issued in Slovenia. Approximately 50 percent more permits were issued for residential buildings, while permits for non-residential buildings doubled m-o-m. Nearly all building permits issued in February were for new projects, while 3 percent were for conversions.
In comparison with January 2016, the total floor area of all planned buildings (new constructions and conversions) increased by 62 percent, with the total floor area of new constructions increasing by 32 percent.
