Finland’s largest residential developer YIT, is relocating its Warsaw headquarters into Spektrum Tower from the Metropolitan 2 building. The company will move into its 300 sqm space on the building’s 10th floor during July. The new headquarters are part of the company’s plans to expand within Poland. Having entered the market at the end of last year, YIT has already acquired its first Polish project and plans further investments this year. YIT’s sales across Europe exceeded €1bn last year..
