United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) has rented space in the business center Legion II on Bolshaya Tatarskaya street near the Moscow metro station Novokuznetskaya. USC will move into its new 6,000 sqm headquarters this summer. The Legion II office center offers a total of 27,900 sqm class A space. Norilsk Nickel acquired about 18,000 sqm in the building for $162m and occupies rents almost 15,000 sqm in the tower building Mercury City.
Rents in the Legion business center start at RUB 34,000 per sqm. The total annual costs of USC’s offices will run to at least RUB 204m, according to newspaper Kommersant, which reports that its total revenues amounted to RUB 23.16bn in 2015 with a net profit of RUB 510.42 million.
