SII Romania signed a lease on 1,500 sqm at AFI Park 4 & 5. The company will relocate to the Bucharest business park in May. DTZ brokered the lease transaction.
“The investment we are making in AFI Park 4&5 is a strategic one and supports us to better meet the needs of our customers. Furthermore, in 2016 we will continue our territorial expansion and implementation of innovation projects for which investing in a modern infrastructure with high standards of security and a larger space was needed,” said Manel Ballesteros, general manager of SII Romania. The company provides services and ICT solutions for business, offering a wide range of components for development and software testing, telecommunications and engineering services.
AFI Park 4&5 is the fourth phase of the office scheme being developed by AFI Europe Romania near the mall AFI Cotroceni Palace in Bucharest. Construction was completed at the beginning of 2016. The new building offers 32,000 sqm of space on 12 floors. It also has underground parking.
