CPI PG signs two new lease deals for Quadrio

CPI Property Group has revealed officially the signing of lease contracts with Cushman & Wakefield and Zenova for office space in the Quadrio scheme built on top of the Národní metro station in Prague 1. The two deals have brought the occupancy of the office segment in the complex to 93 percent, leaving 1,133 sqm empty. Pavel Semrád, director of asset management for the Czech Republic and Slovakia for CPI PG, says that the space is located on the three top floors of the building. Cushman & Wakefield took 2,080 sqm on the fourth and sixth floors in the complex. Zenova took 345 sqm on the fifth level.
