Darren Pierce has been hired by ZRS Management as vice president to oversee the company’s Florida, Georgia and Illinois markets. Prior to joining ZRS, Pierce served as vice president of asset management at Crescent Communities, served as director of investment management for Denver-based Archstone, and handled acquisitions for PNC Realty Investors in Washington, D.C. Pierce is a graduate of American University’s Kogod School of Business with a dual major in Finance and Marketing and is currently pursuing his MBA at Wake Forest. ZRS Management manages high quality multifamily communities, operating over 32,000 units for various institutional clients, partnerships, and individual owners.
