The Portuguese Social Security office is to auction off some commercially attractive properties located in a prime site in the city of Lisbon. The mix of buildings and plots are located on Entrecampos Street. The minimum bid value has been set at €7.274m. The ‘lot’ consists of four buildings (three facades for Entrecampos Street and República Avenue) and three plots bordering on the rear of the República Avenue building which currently serve as a parking lot. The total land area of the lot is 2326.6 sqm. The gross space that the construction on the land could add up to is unknown.
