Penta hopes to be able to start construction on its Bory Home residential project in Bratislava before the end of 2016. The investment group has yet to secure the planning and construction permits, but it recently published the first visual of the project. Penta’s spokesman, Gabriel Tóth, told Trend Reality that the sale of flats should be launched before the start of construction. The first phase of the project should offer 340 flats in 10 apartment blocks. The residential project also features a green park with a running track and a children’s playground. The Bory area includes three zones – Retail Zone, Bory Mall and Bory Home – stretching across 155 ha.
