Las Vegas-based Ikonkar has acquired a medical office building in the Jacksonville sub market of Arlington for $4.2 million. Located at 1201 Monument Road, the 26,000 square foot three-story building was built in 2000 and traded for just under $152 per sqf. The sellers, a group of doctors under the name of 9A Medical Imaging Center LC, bought the property in 1999 for $600,000.
