13 April 2016

Mikki Columbus has joined the Rockefeller Group as senior manager of development and financial analysis. Working from the company’s Morristown, NJ office, Columbus will lead the development and formulation of financial strategies for the company’s New Jersey and Pennsylvania operations, including asset performance, lease projections and project evaluations. Prior to joining The Rockefeller Group, Columbus worked for the Greater Jamaica Development Corporation (Queens, New York) as the company’s director of real estate and economic development and as assistant vice president in HSBC’s global asset management division. Columbus holds a bachelor of arts from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

“Having Mikki on board has already been enormously beneficial to our New Jersey and Pennsylvania operations — specifically in terms of industrial development strategy — as we continue to rapidly expand our footprint in the region,” said Clark Machemer, senior vice president and regional development officer for The Rockefeller Group’s New Jersey/Pennsylvania office.
