IQ Solutions, a public health communications and health information technology firm, has renewed its 40,000 sqf lease in Rockville, Maryland. Represented by Transwestern the building located on Rockville Pike is owned by Washington Real Estate Investment Trust. The building is situated near the Maryland Interstate 270 corridor, which is commonly known as DNA Alley because the high-tech bioscience institutions that inhabit the area, including The National Institutes of Health, The National Cancer Institute, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Johns Hopkins University, and Montgomery County Campus.
“IQ Solutions has experienced tremendous growth since we launched in 1993. We started out in 700 square feet, and now we occupy 40,000 square feet in the same building,” said IQ Solutions Chief Financial Officer Tom Brackett. “The White Flint area is the optimal location for us.”
