Cushman & Wakefield has announced that Joseph A. Manasseri has joined the firm as Senior Managing Director of Asset Services for the Tri-State Region. Manasseri will focus on recruiting top industry professionals, team engagement, cultivating best practices, and executing consistent processes and procedures. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Manasseri worked for GE Capital Real Estate as Managing Director of Global Asset Management overseeing 3,200 properties across North America, Europe and Asia. Manasseri earned a Bachelors in Business Administration from Pace University.
