Brick O. Real Estate has announced plans to start construction on a new townhome community in Fort Lauderdale by May of 2016. The new project, The Reserve at Edgewood, will feature 105 townhomes with prices starting at $300,000. The gated community will sit on a 7 acre parcel in the Edgewood neighborhood on SW 15th Avenue just north of I-595 and east of I-95 near the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport. The new development is FHA compliant so properties can be purchased with as little as 3.5 percent required for down payment.
